Landowner's who execute and oil & gas lease with the assistance of HH&K and if that landowner receives payment with respect to that lease they will owe HH&K a fee of $15.00 per acre.  The minimum fee for this will be $300.00 and the maximum fee will be $2,500.00.  Payment will be due to HH&K within 30 days from receipt of payment for the lease.
